👉 Online Video learning– Designed to enhance management knowledge and skills over the course of twelve weeks. The programme is divided into twelve half-hour videos, with each week building upon the previous one, creating a continuous learning experience.

👉 Facilitated Coaching Sessions – The programme also involves facilitated group sessions with an Action Coach. During these sessions, you will engage with your coach, who will guide you on how to apply what you’ve learned in the videos.

👉 Accountability and KPI Tracking – You’ll be required to report your management numbers and other key performance indicators. This accountability factor ensures that you actively apply the knowledge gained from the online video learning.

Here’s what you can expect:

Once a week, you will have the opportunity to watch a video presented by Founder of ActionCOACH Brad Sugars. Following that, you will meet with award-winning Business Coach Martin Baillie for one hour to review the video content and discuss strategies for implementing what you’ve learned. You will also be provided with templates and supporting materials to aid you in applying your newfound knowledge.
