The challenge is time, I get it.

You know you should be spending more time on your marketing activities but can’t seem to free up the hours to do so. But if you want to keep those leads coming in then you need to take some action.

Here are some easy ways to make the most of the time you do have to spend on marketing:

  • Use automation and scheduling tools that will let you plan ahead. There are a number of online tools out there, many for free for the basic versions, that allow you to schedule your social media posts weeks or even months in advance. Even your email campaigns can be automated to take customers through the buying journey with ease.
  • Create one large piece of valuable content like a blog, and then break that down and use it for other things like social posts or video scripts. It’s called leverage – do it right the first time around and save yourself time further down the line
  • Use templates. Not only does this save time when creating documents or images but it also helps to build consistency and brand recognition.
  • And if you still don’t have enough time, it may be time to outsource to a specialist or hire in house

Marketing doesn’t have to consume all your time, the time you could be spending working on your business. With a bit of planning up front and leveraging the systems you have; you really can make your company stand out from the rest.
