Let’s get back to basics!
Clients are often surprised, and sometimes a bit resistant when I suggest this during our coaching sessions.
But like much in life when you think you’ve hit a brick wall, it’s worth going back to the beginning and having a look how it all started. Because without a strong foundation it is unlikely you will achieve your goals and smash through that brick wall.
If that foundation is indeed a bit shaky, that’s when we go back to basics, and start rebuilding the business.
How do we do that? By mastering the fundamentals of business so they can at least be certain of making a profit.
Why do we do that? Because only once a business is operating profitably and productively, can it start to implement expansion plans.
The cornerstone of that solid foundation though, is information.
Do you understand:
- The numbers in your business?
- The sales and where they come from?
- The Key Performance Indicators driving your results?
