Danny started the fencing business with a lot of knowledge in the trade and managing people, however, when it came to managing the business he felt like he was out of his dept. The business has grown from 20% to 40% with a net profit from 2% to now 10%. Prior to ActionCOACH they went from £1M in turnover, to now £3.4M with ActionCOACH.
One of Danny’s goals was to buy a plot of land. Using the profits from the business Danny was able to purchase a plot of land with a house, knock down the house and construct their dream home.
